- About Us
TightLines is committed to design that fosters a sense of community. That is why all our house plans include large front porches, living areas at the front, and direct connectivity to public areas, allowing “eyes on the street.” These elements, along with the details and character of the exteriors, promote neighborhood activity, safety, and a sense of belonging.
There is more to community design, however, than house plans alone can offer. For example, building placement, parking, stormwater management, garbage collection, and landscaping can all have a critical impact on the environment that is being created. To address these design needs, TightLines has provided consulting services for new and revitalized communities across the country. Please contact us if we can assist you with planning a future community.
Entire collections of TightLines single and multi-family homes are available for developers to create balanced communities with a consistent architectural style. We can aid in the selection, design, and placement of appropriate homes to fit the needs and appearance of a new or existing neighborhood.
TightLines can coordinate the development of your project executive team. We frequently partner with local landscape architects and civil engineers on a number of project activities, from inital consultations to master planning.
We believe revitalization of neighborhoods is a way to restore energy and hope for future generations and to evoke a sense of pride in the past. We have extensive experience with historic architecture and communities and will gladly help you seek any required approvals for use in Historic Districts.
TightLines believes in the revitalization of neighborhoods… one home at a time. Rehabilitating single and multi-family homes is a tangible way to restore energy and hope for future generations, and to evoke a sense of pride in the past.
