Modifications. We have the ability to modify our stock house plans to meet your needs. Some of these requests include modified porch designs, roof pitches, universal accessibility and elevations. Simply let us know what you have in mind.
Custom Design. We can design a new house, just for you. Contact us to get started.
Renovations and Additions. If you want to change or increase the square footage of an existing home, we can provide those design services.
Rendering and Drafting Services. Our team frequently provides color rendering and construction drawing drafting services to clients with existing home designs.
Community Development. We bring vision and creativity to community design, which allow us to meet the needs of our clients while seamlessly bringing together the complex design elements of a project. This includes providing preliminary consultation services at no charge, hosting design charrettes and participating in early master planning.
Land Planning. In conjunction with our landscape architecture and civil engineering partners, we can provide land planning services for your development.
Historic Infill. We offer extensive knowledge in the areas of historic preservation and urban infill. Our practices help clients revitalize historically sensitive neighborhoods through good design.
Rehab. We partner with non-profit organizations, community development corporations and private developers to provide design services and tax credit consultation for a variety of rehabilitation projects.
Pocket Neighborhoods. Our team holds nationally recognized expertise on the design and development of pocket neighborhoods, which are communities of smaller residences often around a courtyard or common garden. Pocket neighborhoods are designed to promote a close knit sense of community and neighborliness with an increased level of contact
Design. From market-rate apartments, condos and townhouses, historic preservation tax incentive projects, to supportive and affordable tax credit projects, we have the experience and capacity to design your next student, family or senior housing project.

Consultation. We can provide guidance in green home certification and residential LEED requirement processes.
ENERGY STAR Certification. Our plans are ready for ENERGY STAR Certification. We can provide the certification for the plans or provide a list of resources that can take you through the complete certification process.
Alternative Building Techniques. Our home designs are compatible with a number of eco-friendly alternative building techniques including Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs).
