Originally built in 1962, the Park Court Apartments were in need of a renovation by 2018. In partnership with the City of Goldsboro (HACG), TightLines Designs helped revitalize these historic apartments and provide 48 updated two-bedroom apartments near Downtown Goldsboro. The renovation process consisted of an interior demolition with minor framing alterations to make better use of space, as well as the installation of new flooring, doors, cabinetry, appliances & fixtures. Exterior renovations included the installation of three newly paved parking lots as well as updated site lighting and dumpster enclosures. Park Court Apartments is now a LEED Gold Certified multi-family community.
