TightLines Designs would like to welcome its newest employee, Mara Lowry.
Mara graduated from North Carolina State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture, where public interest design studios and a semester abroad in Greece grew her interest in sustainable community development and social equity in design. After graduating, Mara worked as an intern for both TightLines Designs & Maurer Architecture during the summer of 2019. She then worked with a local design firm focused on food systems planning, then officially joined the TightLines team full-time in July 2021. At TightLines, she’s excited to be helping build healthy communities through both single family and multi-family projects. In her free time, you can find Mara playing violin (and a little guitar!), exploring Raleigh, and trying to create the perfect tomato sandwich.
