On Thursday, June 9, principal David Maurer had the honor of attending the much anticipated ground breaking ceremony for Five Points Crossing in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. When completed in late 2023, this 50-unit, four-story building will nearly double the amount of housing in the downtown area, which currently only has 68 apartment units. One- and two-bedroom apartments will be available to residents who make 60% of the average Area Median Income (AMI) in Rocky Mount. The community will include an exercise facility, covered picnic area, playground, and a multipurpose room with full kitchen & attached covered porch. Stay tuned for construction updates – we can’t wait to see this one completed!
