In September, Affordable Housing Finance announced that Hawkins Pointe, our recently constructed affordable senior development, was selected as the AHF Readers’ Choice Award! This 43-unit LIHTC community serves seniors 55+ in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Project manager Gabi Purdue, and Principal David Maurer, AIA LEED-AP, worked with Woda Cooper Co. to create housing in an area that not only needs more affordable housing, but also suffered greatly from the effects of Hurricane Helene in 2024. We are honored to be part of the team for this award winning project!
