POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading design development and documentation across all project phases.
- Coordinating permit submissions and responding to jurisdictional review comments.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Overseeing construction administration tasks, including submittal review, RFIs, and site visits.
- Ensuring project compliance with building codes, ADA, and sustainability standards.
- Mentoring junior staff and overseeing the integration of BIM/CAD workflows.
- Overseeing integration of 3D building models with virtual and augmented reality platforms to enhance design visualization, client presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel – Domestic/North Carolina – 5% of work time.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related and three (3) years as an Assistant Project Manager, Junior Architect, Summer Architecture Internship, or related, or a Master’s Degree in Architecture or closely related and one (1) year as an Assistant Project Manager, Junior Architect, Summer Architecture Internship, or related.
- Applicants must have one (1) year of experience with the following skills:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Applicants must have demonstrative experience with the following skills:
- Bluebeam
- Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- SketchUp
- Rhino
- V-Ray
