Aspen Spring

Aspen Spring, located in Raleigh, NC, is a 84-unit senior living facility with a mix of one and two bedroom units. This three story building includes a variety of common spaces such as a multipurpose room, exercise room, computer room and individual storage rooms. This project was made possible with 9% low income housing tax credits.
