Benton Crossing

Benton Crossing, located in Columbia, SC, is a 56-unit multi-family community with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. This five story, acute angled building includes a multipurpose room with kitchenette as well as an exercise room, computer room and playground. This was a 9% low income housing tax credit project. The exterior face of Benton Crossing not only includes green wall panels (the wire screen in place of the panels on the ground floor seen in the photos, structures waiting for the newly planted greenery to start crawling up) but also seven art panels along River Drive that showcases art by a local artist in partnership with the surrounding community.
