Completed in 2016, Eastport at the Park is a 48-unit community consisting of three two-story buildings with spacious two and three-bedroom apartments. The clubhouse on site has a multipurpose and kitchen area that opens to a large covered porch where residents can gather and entertain.
The second phase, Eastport II at the Park, was completed in 2024 and is located next door to phase one. Three two-story buildings, consisting of 48 one, two and three-bedroom units, surround a central common space with a community building, playground and picnic shelter.
Both projects were developed by ECCDI, and funded in part using 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits awarded by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.
